3. Purchases and Payments

All course purchases are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD. You receive lifetime access to purchased materials once payment is confirmed. We accept major credit cards and may offer installment options through trusted partners.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time enrollees who have not completed more than 20% of the course. Requests must be sent to [email protected] with order details. After the window or significant progress, refunds are not available.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, and branding remain the exclusive property of Blankport Atelier. Students retain ownership of their personal creations but grant us a non-exclusive license to feature finished work in promotional materials with permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blankport Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
